RCOR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCOR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,093 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, MTA1, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with RCOR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR1-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCOR1 versus PPP4R3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
