Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCOR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,775 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, CDCA4, and POLE2. Each is linked with RCOR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR1-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCOR1 versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
