RCOR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL147P, RNU6-440P, and RNA5SP113. Each is linked with RCOR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR1-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL147P grouped by RCOR1-low versus RCOR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
