Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCOR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,774 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering, Heterochromatin formation, and Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with RCOR1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR1-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR1 results are reported.
