RCN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,652 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGRT, LRP1, and COL6A2. Each is linked with RCN3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN3-to-partner and partner-to-RCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCN3 versus FCGRT in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
