RCN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,213 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PLOD1, and PLOD2. Each is linked with RCN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN1-to-partner and partner-to-RCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCN1 versus P4HA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
