Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,773 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF9, FNDC3B, and TDO2. Each is linked with RCN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN1-to-partner and partner-to-RCN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCN1 versus TNFRSF9 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
