RCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PES1, PPM1F, and ESS2. Each is linked with RCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCN1-to-partner and partner-to-RCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PES1 grouped by RCN1-low versus RCN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
