RCL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,219 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UHRF2, PSIP1, and CDC37L1. Each is linked with RCL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCL1-to-partner and partner-to-RCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCL1 versus UHRF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
