RCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBXN6, IFNWP9, and H3P40. Each is linked with RCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCL1-to-partner and partner-to-RCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBXN6 grouped by RCL1-low versus RCL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
