Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Endothelial cells, lymphatic Endothelial cells, and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with RCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCL1-to-partner and partner-to-RCL1 results are reported.
