RCL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,284 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUM3, UHRF2, and PSIP1. Each is linked with RCL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCL1-to-partner and partner-to-RCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCL1 versus PUM3 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
