Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGI1, ASB10, and OR6B1. Each is linked with RCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCL1-to-partner and partner-to-RCL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LGI1 grouped by RCL1-low versus RCL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
