RCHY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCHY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,129 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCHY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ENOPH1, CTBP1, and G3BP2. Each is linked with RCHY1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCHY1-to-partner and partner-to-RCHY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCHY1 versus ENOPH1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCHY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCHY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
