RCHY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCHY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,085 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCHY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRXP7, RNU6-222P, and RNU6-751P. Each is linked with RCHY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCHY1-to-partner and partner-to-RCHY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRXP7 grouped by RCHY1-low versus RCHY1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCHY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCHY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
