Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCHY1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCHY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with RCHY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCHY1-to-partner and partner-to-RCHY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by RCHY1-low versus RCHY1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCHY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCHY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
