Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCHY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,780 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCHY1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CAAX-box protein maturation, CMP biosynthetic process, and Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with RCHY1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCHY1-to-partner and partner-to-RCHY1 results are reported.
