Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,936 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCND2, CEACAM3, and SLC46A2. Each is linked with RCE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCE1-to-partner and partner-to-RCE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCE1 versus CCND2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
