RCE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, ACC1, and Ku80. Each is linked with RCE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCE1-to-partner and partner-to-RCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by RCE1-low versus RCE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
