Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RCE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,378 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSD, EPAS1, and NCEH1. Each is linked with RCE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCE1-to-partner and partner-to-RCE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCE1 versus CTSD in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
