Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCC2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,361 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RCC2P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC2, CHERP, and CPSF1. Each is linked with RCC2P4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCC2P4-to-partner and partner-to-RCC2P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCC2P4 versus RCC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCC2P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCC2P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
