Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RCC1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RCC1L data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RCC1L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RCC1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and PRAD are the cancer types where RCC1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
