Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RCC1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RCC1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher RCC1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RCC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where RCC1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
