RCAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA5P3, IGKV2-40, and HNRNPCL3. Each is linked with RCAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA5P3 grouped by RCAN1-low versus RCAN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
