RC3H2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RC3H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,732 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RC3H2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABGAP1, TRAF2, and P4HB. Each is linked with RC3H2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RC3H2-to-partner and partner-to-RC3H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RC3H2 versus RABGAP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RC3H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RC3H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
