Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RC3H2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,370 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RC3H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUBCNL, NRM, and GGH. Each is linked with RC3H2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RC3H2-to-partner and partner-to-RC3H2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RC3H2 versus RUBCNL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RC3H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RC3H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
