RBX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,348 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICALL1, ATXN10, and ADSL. Each is linked with RBX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBX1-to-partner and partner-to-RBX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBX1 versus MICALL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
