Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,417 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL8, SEPTIN4, and GAB1. Each is linked with RBX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBX1-to-partner and partner-to-RBX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBX1 versus CXCL8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
