Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBSN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBSN data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RBSN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBSN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RBSN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
