RBSN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBSN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,185 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SBF2, KIDINS220, and NAA35. Each is linked with RBSN in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBSN-to-partner and partner-to-RBSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBSN versus SBF2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
