Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBSN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,976 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRBN, CNRIP1, and RBMS3. Each is linked with RBSN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBSN-to-partner and partner-to-RBSN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBSN versus CRBN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
