RBSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBSN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02297, MIR8053, and CCDC43. Each is linked with RBSN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBSN-to-partner and partner-to-RBSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02297 grouped by RBSN-low versus RBSN-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
