Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBSN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ERK2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with RBSN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBSN-to-partner and partner-to-RBSN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by RBSN-low versus RBSN-high in SKCM.
