Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBSN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,982 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP1, RNF126, and HIRA. Each is linked with RBSN in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBSN-to-partner and partner-to-RBSN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBSN versus RANBP1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
