Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPMS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,683 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBPMS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, PPP1R12C, and RSU1. Each is linked with RBPMS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPMS-to-partner and partner-to-RBPMS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBPMS versus KANK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBPMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBPMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
