Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPMS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,380 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBPMS-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9Q2, HNRNPA1P19, and COX5BP8. Each is linked with RBPMS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPMS-to-partner and partner-to-RBPMS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9Q2 grouped by RBPMS-low versus RBPMS-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBPMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBPMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
