Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBPMS-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBPMS-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher RBPMS-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBPMS-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

LGG, BLCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where RBPMS-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
