Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPJL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBPJL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PAI-1, and SETD2. Each is linked with RBPJL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPJL-to-partner and partner-to-RBPJL results are reported.
