Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBPJ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBPJ data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RBPJ Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBPJ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, PRAD, and COAD are the cancer types where RBPJ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
