Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBP5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher RBP5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SCLC, ESCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where RBP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
