The most reproducible RBP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZDHHC5_T348, PTPN7, and RECQL. Each is linked with RBP5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP5-to-partner and partner-to-RBP5 results are reported.
