Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1069P, OR4X2, and LINC01647. Each is linked with RBP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP5-to-partner and partner-to-RBP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1069P grouped by RBP5-low versus RBP5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
