Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, FoxM1, and ACC1. Each is linked with RBP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP5-to-partner and partner-to-RBP5 results are reported.
