RBP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,384 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLSTN3, ZNF384, and C1RL. Each is linked with RBP5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP5-to-partner and partner-to-RBP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBP5 versus CLSTN3 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
