RBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,185 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R1A_S67, ELN, and GPD1. Each is linked with RBP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP4-to-partner and partner-to-RBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBP4 versus PPP1R1A_S67 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
