RBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 308 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17, SKIL, and C2orf76. Each is linked with RBP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP3-to-partner and partner-to-RBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17 grouped by RBP3-low versus RBP3-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
