RBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,830 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL6A6, ZNF407, and KIAA1109. Each is linked with RBP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP3-to-partner and partner-to-RBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL6A6 grouped by RBP3-low versus RBP3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
