Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02665, LINC02061, and MIR4433B. Each is linked with RBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02665 grouped by RBP2-low versus RBP2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
