Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOMER2, CNN1, and VSNL1. Each is linked with RBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBP1 versus HOMER2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
