RBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD41, AARS1P1, and LARP7P2. Each is linked with RBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD41 grouped by RBP1-low versus RBP1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
